鄭氏治台時期
一、鄭成功如何將荷蘭人逐出台灣
西元１６４４年，清兵進占北京後，明朝部份遺臣在南方先後立﹝福王、盧王、唐王、桂王﹞繼續抗清，在諸多的抗清勢力當中，活躍於東南沿海的鄭成功是一支重要的力量。西元１６４５年８月鄭芝龍在福州擁立唐王朱聿建立了隆武政權，鄭森謁見隆武，備受恩寵，賜國姓朱，改名成功。因此後人常稱鄭成功為「國姓爺」。西元１６４６年清兵入閩，鄭芝龍投降了清朝，鄭成功因父降母死，走上堅決抗清的道路，後來他為延平王。1647年1月鄭成功在烈嶼﹝今小金門﹞誓書起兵，1650年奪取廈門，金門成了他的主要基地，由於金、廈兩島回旋餘地太小，使鄭成功決心收復台灣。
1661年4月21日，鄭成功將金門和廈門交由他的兒子鄭經留守，率二萬五千名大軍坐四百餘艘艦隻從金門料羅灣出發，直趨澎湖。在荷蘭公司任翻譯的何斌引航，4月30日黎明船隊順利通過鹿耳門水道，進入了大員灣，展開對荷蘭人的進攻。停在普羅文查城和熱蘭遮城之間，5月6日，荷將司令描難實叮(Jacobus Valentijn)和城中230名士兵退出普羅文查城，鄭軍占領了赤崁地區。1662年2月9日，荷蘭人退出熱蘭遮城。荷將揆一(Frederick Coyett)在海灘上將城堡的鑰匙交給了鄭成功的代表，鄭成功允許荷蘭人攜帶自衛武器、財產、糧食和日用品離開台灣。從此鄭氏統治台灣，建立了台灣歷史上第一個漢人政權。
二、政治制度的初建及鄭經的改革措施

漢人的典章制度正式移殖臺灣	趁清朝三藩之亂，占福建，廣東部份地區。兵敗退回臺。

三、文教的推展

鄭成功因入台僅越年即亡，故來不及經營教育。西元1665年因為豐收，國富民殷，諮議參軍陳永華乃請建聖廟，立學校。鄭經採納其建議。1666年在今之台南市內興建台灣首座孔廟，又稱全台首學，在中央設立學院，即為高等教育。第一任學院即由陳永華兼任，並在各地設學府。州學為中等教育，社學為初等教育。當時在各地方學校成績優良者，可升入學院，在學院成績優秀者，可到政府機關任職。地方學校中央學院政府官職。鄭氏治台時期，由於有官方的積極推展文教工作，又有知識分子在民間從事文教活動，為漢人文化在台灣的發展奠定了基礎。相反的，原住民文化的發展，欲面臨重大的阻礙。

So, I write books. Anna Dressed in Blood and Girl of Nightmares are horror, The Goddess War books are mythology, and Sleepwalk Society is contemporary. Different genres, because the world don't move to the beat of just one drum. Love to read, too. Fiction, philosophy, good books, bad books, because you take the good you take the bad you take them both and there you have a stack of books and stuff. I mean, you've got to be adventurous. There's more to life that what you're living, so take a chance and face the wind.

There's more coming soon like Slasher Girls and Monster Boys and Ungodly in 2015, so don't waste another minute on your cryin. We're nowhere near the end.

My likes include animals, food, and nostalgia. I mean, whatever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paperboy, the evening TV? Used to be everywhere you look, there's a heart, a hand to hold on to.
